Elgin Al Fresco, a citywide outdoor arts exhibition, kicks off April 28

Elgin's first ever Iron Chef Competition kicks off the "Elgin Al Fresco- A Taste of the Arts," the summer citywide outdoor arts exhibition on April 28 at 1 pm in the rotunda of Gail Borden Public Library at 270 N. Grove Ave., Elgin. Join some of Elgin's top Chefs as they compete to tantalize the senses with their fusion creations using locally grown and organic ingredients form the Elgin Community Garden Network.
