Squidward Tentacles fails to steal Christmas glory

Alex is bouncing off the walls with excitement and two days’ worth of homemade cookies from friends, family and coworkers. “I hope Santa brings me what I wished for!” he says. You Are What You Eat: Urban Farming and the Like

Everyone's heard that line time and again. "You are what you eat." It's been used to convince you to eat healthier and avoid junk food, lest you end up like the unfortunate fat man in the NutriGrain commercial, unable to get on the subway because of the enormous donut wrapped around his waist.
